Creme de Menthe Cake
White cake mix
5-6 Tbsp. creme de menthe syrup
1 jar/can fudge topping (not syrup)
8-12 oz. container of whipped topping
Make white cake mix according to directions, omitting 3 Tbsp. water and replacing it with 3 Tbsp. creme de menthe syrup.
Bake according to package directions. While still warm (not hot) spread with one jar or can of fudge topping. Spread whipped topping that has been tinted and flavored with 2-3 Tbsp. of creme de menthe syrup. on cool cake. Refrigerate.
