Hash Browns and Ham Casserole
20 oz. frozen hash browns
½ cup diced onion
2 Tbsp. butter
2 cups diced ham
12 eggs
2/3 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Spread hash browns, partially thawed, on bottom of greased 9”X 13” pan. Brown onion in butter. Sprinkle the diced ham and onion over the hash browns. Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Pour over ham and potatoes. Top with cheddar cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
