Ham Balls

Preheat oven to 325°

HAM BALLS:

3 lbs. ground meat, (1 lb. each:  ground beef, ground ham and ground pork)

1 egg

1 c. milk

1½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Mix the ground meat together well, then add the egg, milk and crumbs.  Mix all well.  Form into 1/3 to 1/2 cup balls.  I individually freeze the ham balls on a cookie sheet.  I put the frozen ham balls in gallon freezer bags for later use.

Sauce:

1 can of tomato soup

¼ c. apple cider vinegar

1 c. brown sugar

1 tsp. dry mustard

Pour the sauce over the number of ham balls desired for a meal and bake 1½ hours, basting every 20 minutes.
